From the regular galleries at the McNay Museum of Art. San Antonio. Texas

I first saw Deborah Roberts's work at the Contemporary Museum in Austin, Texas.

And then I came across another of her paintings in the collection at the Blanton Museum. 

This pairing of Roberts's work and a wonderful Picasso canvas revealed at one

curator's profound appreciation for her work.

The the McNay Museum Matisse and Dufy share a wall. 

It's a lovely juxtaposition. 

And, of course, the lovely Picasso painting of Sylvette. 

And so much more.
